They do have a free soft drink station (someone wrote a review that they didn’t have this). Nice place, we went a few weeks after the place opened.Ģ. Save yourselves some aggravation and stress.go elsewhere!!!!! Having to deal with that man is not worth a shorter commute.
Honestly, I would suggest that everyone travel farther to go to one of the other casinos in the area. Thankfully the people who came to talk to me realized that he was in the wrong and let us stay. So rude, lying.this is what greets you and starts your time in the facility. Really? And if that wasnt good enough for him to try to run our day, he lied to security and said i had verbal altercation with him and refused to pull my mask down. As I was waved thru, the unprofessional rude greeter asked if i am always so hard to get along with. ok.which way? my husband had to tell me to look to the left for the thermal scan. Again, more rudeness and he said turn your head. Finally my husband leaned up and said I think he wants you to pull your mask down. I was thinking he was telling me that I had to keep my mask on as a safety protocol. I was wearing a mask so i shook my head yes and touched my mask. Instead of giving clear concise instructions on our arrival, he kept saying mask.
